The Essential of God’s Wrath

“For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness...” Romans 1:18

How can God hold the whole world responsible, you ask? Because men have the truth, but suppress it by their sins. All men have the truth of God, but in His sin, man does everything he can do to put a lid on top of it.

There is no one who cannot find God...
Because He can’t be found?
No! Because man is not looking.
Man loves sin so much, he doesn’t want to find God.

The reason a man can’t find God is the same reason a thief can’t find a policeman. They are not looking.
Scripture says “seek, and you shall find; knock, and it shall be opened to you.” Matt. 7:7

To acknowledge God is to make yourself accountable to a Holy God
(John 3:19-21). This is where the Gospel begins.
But there is good news - Christ has taken the wrath for us!
