Secure in Him!

“Let us therefore draw near with confidence to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and may find grace to help in time of need.” Hebrews 4:16
The philosophy of the unbeliever: “...God has forgotten; He has hidden His face; He will never see it.” Psalm 10:11

But the truth is quite different.“If I say,‘Surely the darkness will overwhelm me, and the light around me will be night,’ even the darkness is not dark to Thee, and the night is as bright as the day. Darkness and light are alike to Thee.” Psalm 139:11-12

What a relief it is when you understand that God is omniscient. It total darkness He sees everything. Nothing escapes His knowledge. If you are slighted in any way, it does not go unnoticed by your loving heavenly Father Who has said, “I, the Lord, search the heart, I test the mind, even to give to each man according to his ways, according to the results of his deeds.” Jeremiah 17:10

In the mind of God the record is already straight. The injustices you live with will pass. God, Who knows the end from the beginning, will give to each what they deserve.

But, praise God; you, as a believer, will not be judged on the basis of what Jesus has done.

“He saved us, not on the basis of deeds which we have done in righteousness, but according to His mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit.” Titus 3:5

You stand secure before an omniscient God. Praise Him!
