Look and See

“ I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe...” Eph 1:18-19

We are told by those who know that the visible tip of an iceberg is less than one-third of its total mass. Our relationship with God is like that - what we see is very little compared to what is available. We ought to be grateful for the privilege of being able to stand on what we can see, after all God is under no obligation to reveal Himself at all. Oh the joy of knowing that our God, in all His glory, is far more that we can imagine or grasp.

Right now, take a moment to reflect on how great our God really is. He is Creator, He is the Sustainer of Life, He provides all of your needs, He knows what you need before you ever ask. Our God is an awesome God and He is worthy of our praise, love, and devotion.

Open your eyes! Look and see what God is up to!
